A DOG-GONE GOOD TIME: Annual Run with the Dogs a success (PHOTOS and VIDEO)

Just like their human counterparts, the dogs at Saturday's 16th Annual Run with the Dogs came in every shape, size and level of competitiveness.

With blues skies and the sun shining overhead, almost 150 runners and walkers navigated the course through Indian Bayou.

Jason Strong, of Indiana, was the first person to cross the finish line with a time of 20:55. Adam Grace, of Destin, and his dog "Remi" were the first human and dog pair to cross the finish line (22:25), while Ellen Gruesen, of Ohio, and her dog Phoebe were the first females to finish the race (25:26).
