LMI Holding takes over sole ownership of HarborWalk Village

DESTIN — HarborWalk Village's ownership now falls under just one shingle.

Saturday, LMI Holding announced it had purchased Superior Waterfront Properties' share of HarborWalk Village after nine years as equal partners in it its ownership.

LMI Holding is an affiliate of Legendary Inc.

"Bobby Guidry and his company, Superior, have been wonderful partners for many years," said LMI Holding CEO Peter H. Bos. " Mr. Guidry's business acumen and financial strength have contributed immeasurably to the economic growth, stability, and success of our project here in Destin.

"We thank Mr. Guidry for his contributions as our partner in HarborWalk and the Emerald Grande, which has been Legendary's flagship project for the past 25 years, and we are proud to once again be the sole owner of the project."

HarborWalk Village, along with Emerald Grande at HarborWalk make up a 14-acre, mixed-use waterfront development with over 100,000 square feet of commercial festival marketplace and 289 condominium units.

HarborWalk Village is also landlord to over 50 tenants, a mix of restaurants, retails, water activities, kiosks and mobile vending, along with a 23-boat charter fishing fleet.
