The funds will help give a home to the at-risk children living at the CIC Children’s Neighborhood.

The second annual “Around-The-Bay” Jet Ski Classic FudPoker Run, hosted by Children in Crisis and the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Star Charity, was a complete success. The event was presented by Fudpucker’s Beachside Grill of Okaloosa Island with over 90 jet ski entries and 140 participants. The event surpassed all expectations and raised more than $25,000 combined for the two charities.

This unique family event followed a 40 mile course around the Bay starting at Fudpuckers on Okaloosa Island with stops including Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, Bluewater Bay, Destin and ending back at Fudpuckers on Okaloosa Island.

The event had 5-card pick-up checkpoints at some of the Bay’s best waterfront venues. Prizes were awarded for the top four poker hands with discounted food and beverage specials provided by Fudpuckers’s after the event.
