Children learn about money

Special to The Log

Marla Sullivan, customer sales and service representative with Wells Fargo Bank, went to Youth Village to present their Teach Children to Save program. The Teach Children to Save program is an American Bankers Association campaign to teach school-age children about the importance of using a spending plan, making trade-offs and saving.

The children learned quite a bit about budgeting and saving because of Sullivan’s comprehensive presentation and they look forward to hearing more in the future.
