On Aug. 23, Northwest Florida State College hosted the National Center for Construction Education and Research Florida Teacher training. Thirty-five high school and college technical trade instructors from across the Florida Panhandle gathered to learn about NCCER’s new computer testing system.
The training was led by Allyson Butts, NCCER director of program services, and Patty Bird, NCCER Workforce Development program manager. The training was held to inform instructors on how to use the NCCER curriculum and how to navigate the new computer testing system. The training was sponsored by Gulf Power.
