Woman killed, man injured in two-car crash on U.S. Highway 98 in Okaloosa County

A woman was killed and a man injured in a two-car collision on U.S. Highway 98 in Mary Esther on Sunday, according to an Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office Facebook post.

The collision occurred about 3:30 p.m. near Royal Palm Court. The post did not include the circumstances leading to the crash.

A woman was killed and a man was injured Sunday in a crash on U.S. Highway 98 Boulevard in Mary Esther near Royal Palm Boulevard.

The woman succumbed to her injuries. The injured man was transported to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center for treatment.

The identities of the people involved in the crash have not been released.

Additional information will be released once the facts are determined, the OCSO Facebook post said.
