Miss Aegina lashes Legion of Doom

Kyle Kriech knocked in six runs to lead Miss Aegina in a 20-14 win over Legion of Doom in the Real Skills Division A Softball League at Morgan Sports Center in Destin.

Kriech slapped two out of the park and two singles for six RBIs.

At the end of two innings, Miss Aegina led 11-6.

Joe Carlee hit two home runs and a triple for six RBIs for Miss Aegina. Justin Neese hit four singles for two RBIs.

Casey Schlissler doubled and hit three singles for three RBIs for Legion. Justin Dumas ripped a home run and two singles for two RBIs, and Jeff Tullis hit two singles. Chris Brunson and Gay Boljalie each hit a home run.

•Coastline 22, EOD 3

After a slow start, Coastline came on strong in the last three innings with 10 runs in the fifth.

Garrett Bennett ripped three triples and a double for six RBIs for Coastline. Logan Meadows hit two triples and a single for five RBIs and Tate Deshong hit three singles for two RBIs.

Chris Ferrell homered and singled for an RBI for EOD. David Cazao hit two singles and Jason Hipp tripled for two RBIs.

•EOD 18, Remax Coastal 11

The game was tied at 7-7 at the end of three innings. EOD pulled away with four runs in the fifth and six in the sixth.

Chris Ferrell slapped a home run, double and a single for three RBIs for EOD. Matt Small homered and hit two singles for an RBI, and James Binion homered and singled for an RBI.

Timmy Sallee knocked in six runs on a homer, triple and a double for Remax. Jake Early hit three singles for an RBI, and Kyle Ely homered, doubled and singled for an RBI.

•Remax Coastal 25, Prime Lending 24

Prime Lending jumped out to an 11-4 lead in the three innings. Remax rallied in the fourth with 11 runs and nine in the fifth.

Timmy Sallee homered, hit three doubles and a single for six RBIs for Remax. Steve Helvie hit three singles for three RBIs, and Paul Davis connected for four singles for two RBIs.

Joel Boxberger tripled and hit four singles for five RBIs for Prime Lending. Jared Bristol doubled and hit three singles for four RBIs, and Garry Holman doubled and hit three singles for two RBIs.

•Miss Aegina 18, Silver Sands 6

At the end of two innings, the game was tied at 6-6. Miss Aegina pulled ahead in the third with six runs and managed to put the game away in five innings.

Justin Neese clobbered two homers and two singles for three RBIs for Miss Aegina. Joe Carlee tripled, doubled and hit two singles for two RBIs, and Dion Daiez hit three singles for an RBI.

Joe Kerns doubled and hit two singles for Silver Sands. James Heller singled and Mike Dowling knocked a home run.

DIVISION B

•Underground Inc. 10, Affordable Home Loans 8

Underground led 9-1 at the end of four innings.

Jamie Steiner hit two doubles for two RBIs for Underground. Kevin Moak hit two singles for an RBI, and Brandon Crumbley singled for two RBIs.

Bean Jarrett cracked a home run and a single for three RBIs for Affordable. Robert Colbert singled for two RBIs, and Brent Ford hit two singles for an RBI.

•Harbor Docks 20, A&A Transfer 16

At the end of two innings, Harbor Docks led 11-5.

Brandon Patzig led Harbor Docks with a triple and two doubles for four RBIs. Curt Gwin tripled and hit two singles for three RBIs, and Matt Dahlman hit three singles for two RBIs.

Harlan Halberg knocked in five runs on a triple and a single for A&A. Darren Kinnard tripled and singled for two RBIs and Ryan Newell hit two doubles and a single for two RBIs.

•McLendon Builders 27, Underground Inc. 9

After a slow start, Builders nailed down the win with seven runs in the third, fourth and 11 in the fifth.

Ken Blackman slapped a home run and four singles for five RBIs for Builders. Andrew McLendon hit two doubles and two singles for four RBIs, and Jason Roberts hit four singles for three RBIs. Jeff Majors hit a home run.

Charlie Love doubled and hit two singles for an RBI for Underground Inc. Brandon Crumbley hit three singles for an RBI, and Billy Roof tripled and singled for two RBIs.
