Extra Krispy cooks up win over Craft Bar

Will Eads connected for four hits to lead Extra Krispy in a 22-9 win over The Craft Bar in the Men's Recreational Softball League at Morgan Sports Center in Destin.

Eads smacked a triple and three singles for two RBIs.

Extra Krispy scored four runs in the first, second and third innings for a 12-4 lead. In the top of the fourth, Krispy exploded for 10 runs and the win.

Destry Harrison doubled and hit three singles for two RBIs for Krispy and Donnie Montry hit four singles for an RBI.

Matt Clayton hit two doubles and a single for an RBI for Craft Bar. Chad Betts doubled and hit two singles for three RBIs, and Joe Livingston hit two singles for an RBI.

Busch Leaguers 19, Extra Krispy 3

After a slow start, Busch Leaguers rallied in the fourth with 14 runs.

Early Ransom was the big hitter for Busch Leaguers with a home run, double and a single for an RBI.

Jamie DiBenedetto belted a home run for three RBIs for Extra Krispy. Destry Harrison singled.

Busch Leaguers 26, Liquid Fix 25

Liquid Fix started strong scoring 11 runs in top of the first and still held the lead after five, 22-17. Busch Leaguers pulled it out in the last two innings.

Hitting home runs for Busch Leaguers were Travis Sweeney, Tate DeShong, Kyle Ely and Ransom Early.

Top batters for Liquid Fix were Brandon Patzig, Chris Perry, Brian Martinez and Travis Carroll.
