Where SEC teams are rated in the third 2021 College Football Playoff Rankings

The top seven stayed the same –with Georgia, Alabama, Oregon and Ohio State staying as the top four – in the third College Football Playoff rankings of 2021. 

The rest of the top 10 was rounded out by Cincinnati, Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Oklahoma State and Wake Forest.

Around the rest of the SEC: Ole Miss is ranked No. 12, Texas A&M is ranked No. 16, Arkansas is ranked No. 21 and Mississippi State is ranked No.25. 

Oklahoma fell to No.13 after its first loss of the season to No. 11 Baylor. 

This year the semifinals round will be held at the Cotton and Orange Bowls on Dec. 31. The national championship will be played at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Jan. 10, 2022. 

The CFP rankings come out every Tuesday at 6 p.m. CT on ESPN.
